The FINSAC Commission of Enquiry: A Report Unfinished and a "Sweetheart Deal" Revealed

The speaker points out that despite the Finance Minister's willingness to pay for the final report to be written, it has yet to be completed. The video also sheds light on a "secret document" from 2002, revealing that 23 FINSAC banks were sold for just US$23 million. Additionally, the agreement waived GCT and indemnified the buyer, Jamaica Redevelopment, from any future claims. In response to this, a lawsuit has been filed to compel the commissioners to finish the report.
